These terms apply to this website and to the launch waitlist. They do not cover the Dravix product itself, which is not yet available and will come with its own terms when it opens.

Nothing here is investment advice

This is the most important thing on this page. Dravix is a research tool. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and nothing here should be treated as investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any company names, figures, scores or charts shown on this site are illustrative and do not describe a real security.

When the product launches it will help you research. It will not tell you what to do, and it will not predict what the market will do. Investing in equities carries risk, including the loss of capital. Your decisions remain yours, and you are responsible for them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a purchase, a subscription, a reservation, or a promise of access. We have not committed to a launch date, to pricing, to any particular feature, or to offering the product in any particular country. Any of that may change, and the project may not ship at all.

Please give us an email address you are entitled to use. We may remove addresses from the list at our discretion — for example if they bounce or appear to be submitted in bulk.

Using this site

You are welcome to read and share this site. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, submit the form automatically or in bulk, or scrape it at a volume that affects other people.

Our content

The Dravix name, the wording, and the design of this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely. Please do not reproduce it as your own, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere — our social profiles, for instance — we are not responsible for what those sites do or for their content.

Availability, and the limits of what we promise

This is a pre-launch site, provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything shown on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
